Grupo Dulcesol chooses WORK PRO BlueLine system for the renovation of its new facilities
Grupo Dulcesol, also known as Dulcesol, is a Spanish food group founded in 1952 that markets its products in more than 40 countries. At present, it is the first volume group in the Spanish market for confectionery and sweet pastries, although it produces the categories of bread, cocoa creams, infant feeding, creams and smoothies.
Recently, the management of Grupo Dulcesol has decided to renew its public address system and expand its facilities, due to the constant growth of the group.
One of the requirements of the new installation was to realize a simple system to implement. The long distance wiring that had to be used, and the multiple zones that formed the installation, made it the ideal candidate for an IP distributed audio installation where the existing network could be used its installations. On the other hand, the installation required a remote control in each area that also allowed those responsible to have a custom control application on their smartphone. With all this, the installer Shopping Pro opted for the intelligent Blueline system, designed by the team of WORK PRO, with which all these requirements were possible to perform. For this purpose, there were 5 IP BLS 2 Lite streamers connected to preconfigured radio sources together with 3 streamers with SPS 8 IP paging microphone in three different places and a last BLS2SD streamer for pre-recorded audios in solid state unit to trigger alarm announcements if it was necessary.
In each zone, with a total of 19 independent zones, BLR2 Lite streaming receivers were installed, each connected to a PA5000 power stage with a total of 150 loudspeakers distributed in each zone.
Thanks to the concept of systems design with BlueLine, the amplification of the zones could be decentralized, extending those areas that were newly built only taking advantage of the ethernet network with the consequent savings in labor and wiring (especially the latter) and management for really powerful and simple alarm signals.
In each zone, controllers connected to the WNC-1 network were fully programmable and the system managers had a WORKCAD 3 application for android with an interface designed to measure the installation via WiFi.
