Cigierre's new headquarters relies on WORK PRO
The Italian company Cigierre, founded in Udine in 1995, is the leading company in the franchising sector in Italy. In particular, in the development of multi-ethnic thematic restaurant franchises. In 2002, Cigierre conceived Old Wild West, the first beer-grill franchise decorated like the Far West in which, besides a wide menu, customers are provided with an audio-visual show. Other franchises developed by Cigierre are: Wiener Haus, Cantina Mariachi, Arabian Kebab and Kukkuma Cafè, among others.
During the first part of 2015, Cigierre set in motion the new headquarters. These new facilities are composed of different zones and meeting rooms, training rooms, a kitchen, a reception and several offices. For this project, Cigierre had the collaboration of Kennell Group, which at the same time relied on WORKPRO PA Series of power amplifiers and the IC Series of ceiling loudspeakers for the audio installation.
PA 1000 is one of the models of power amplifiers used for this particular case. PA 1000 is an intuitive mono channel power amplifier features 120 W output power suitable for high impedance (70/100 V) installations, such as Cigierre?s new headquarters. Regarding connections, this system has two inputs and inner circuitry protection. This is definitively a relevant amplifier for installations on a budget that require a simple and, above all, efficient solution.
Other of the power amplified implemented in this project is PA 5000. This 480 W power amplifier is designed for installed sound applications that explicitly require a high power level and sound quality. It features a 3 band equalizer, low impedance (4-8 ohm) and high impedance (70/100 V) outputs. The unit is protected from speaker short circuits, thanks to its signal auto-compression function. The overload protection eliminates current fluctuations and starting current peaks.
Last but not least, the ceiling speaker chosen for this installation was IC 5 S by WORKPRO. This ceiling loudspeaker incorporates a rotating tweeter capable of focus the high frequencies to the desired position, improving the intelligibility of the system. IC 5 S is suitable for 100V line installations and offers an efficient power distribution in those projects where several listening points are required.
