Istralandia is an amazing aquapark located in Istria, the biggest peninsula of the Adriatic sea, between Croatia and Slovenia. Istralandia is composed of more than 4500 sqm of water zones, 1.2 km of sledges, pools for adults and kids, 900 sqm of hydromassage pools, the tallest sledge of Europe, “The Free Fall”, with a height of 27 metres, or the biggest wave pool of the Mediterranean with 2500 sqm. This amazing leisure project relies on WORK Pro audio products.   

The audio distribution for this impressive leisure complex counts with BlueLine Digital System, the audio distribution system over IP developed by WORK Pro. ISKRATRADE, the distributor of this geographic area, relied on this system which allows to modify the size of the installation according to the specific need, that may change within the time, thanks to its modular structure; this feature makes possible to redefine the audio distribution design for a future remodeling. With BlueLine Digital System it is possible to add as many senders and receivers as needed, at any time.

In this way, the initial investment can be adjusted to specific requirements, and the customer can extend the size of the audio installation in the future.   This project incorporates as well the installation loudspeakers of the NEO Series in charge of the audio in different areas of the aquapark (terraces, bars, restaurants, etc.). The loudspeakers are suitable for low impedance (8 ohm) and high impedance installations (100 V). The wall-mount bracket, specially designed for the NEO Series, allows an easy and quick installation. Its compact and elegant design, along with the possibility to choose between black or white finishing, make these loudspeakers a discreet but powerful solutions, that can be easily integrated into the decor.   Another WORK Pro product installed in Istralandia is the digital multizone matrix with DSP Digiline 8. Beside of the signal processing, it includes an amplifier with 8 independent 150W channels. To get out the most of the S/N ratio, it adds a swithching mode main supply: one for the amplifier and another one for the DSP. It is compact (just 2U rack) and has a class D amplifier system to optimize its efficiency. This device incorporates an independent digital processing for each output with crossover, equalizer and dynamic. Everything can be remotely configured using WorkCAD. The Zenith Series of amplifiers is another WORK Pro reference that is part of this installation. This power amplifier series with swithching mode power supply is suitable for different type of projects thanks to its sensitivity selector and the possibility of working with balanced and unbalanced signal. In addition, it provides three different working modes (Stereo, Bridge and Parallel) and a low frequencies reinforcement. The swithching mode main supply minimises its weight and the LLC (resonant circuit) removes the unwanted frequencies that generates the main supply. The ultra-fast response time technology with high slew-rate protects the amplifier from electrical load fluctuations.
